Sky Bingo has a good selection of jackpot games to choose from, as part of a bingo network the jackpot amounts, both guaranteed and progressive, can be large. They range from smaller jackpots in the penny bingo rooms, to the big network jackpots for the big prizes and there are progressives on offer in most regular bingo rooms too. All guaranteed jackpot games are 90 ball bingo. Guaranteed jackpots are where the jackpot prize is fixed, and is won every time the game runs.
Daily Bingolinx games
There is £8,000 in guaranteed prize money to be won in the Bingolinx games on Sky, these are networked games so you get a lot of players. They are played in Sky Bingo's 90 ball bingo rooms at the following times: 12 midday for a guaranteed £1,500, 6pm for a guaranteed £2500 and 10:30pm for a guaranteed £4,000. Tickets are only 50p for each of these games, this being part of the benefit of the games being networked (more players means lower ticket cost for the same prizes!). There is a maximum of 72 tickets you can purchase per game. Sky call these games both Bingolinx and Bingo Linx so I think both names are valid.
Tickets for the Bingolinx games are available in advance for pre-buy, just go to the Sky Bingo home page - click here to get to Sky Bingo - click on promotions and then the game you are interested in (in this case the Bingolinx games). You should see two buttons 'buy now' and 'play now' - the 'buy now' button lets you get your tickets for this jackpot game in advance.
Note that the Bingo Linx games (and the Daily £1000 game) are excluded from the BOGOF (buy one get one free) promotion.
£500 for 5p game
The Sky bingo "£500 for 5p" game takes place every day at 8.30pm in the Pennies, Value and Premium Rooms. There is a guaranteed £500 prize pool and the prizes are split as follows: £64.28 1 line; £114.28 2 lines; £321.44 full house. Tickets are 5p each, you can prebuy them, and you can buy up to 120 tickets for each game.
Penny Bingo
In Sky Bingo's Pennies Room between 9am and midnight every day of the week there are guaranteed jackpots on offer. Ticket prices alternate between 1p, 2p and 3p throughout the day and Sky Bingo guarantee more than £10,000 in prizes every week. At 9pm UK time every night there is a £100 game in the pennies room at with cards at just 1p each. Really low card prices so you can have lots of bingo fun for your money, plus the chance of a nice jackpot.
Sky bingo do change this from time to time, and reserve the right to change these offers at any time so do check the site itself before playing. That probably goes for all the jackpot games.
Daily £1000 game
Every evening there is a £1000 guaranteed game and the cards are only 10p each. The game plays every day of the week including weekends at 10pm UK time, and tickets are available for prebuy. Tickets can be purchased in advance via the highlights section of the lobby as for the Bingolinx and other games there (see above).
The games are played in the "Premium" and "Value" 90 ball bingo rooms, and you can buy a maximum of 72 tickets per game. The prize split is as follows: £100 for 1 Line, £200 for 2 Lines and £700 for the Full House. Note that the Daily £1000 game (and the Bingo Linx games) are excluded from the BOGOF promotion.
Big Money Wednesdays
Wednesdays are special jackpot days on Sky Bingo. You not only get the daily Bingolinx and daily £1000 games but also extra guaranteed jackpot £500 games too. The Wednesday schedule is as follows:
- 6.00pm - £2,500 Guaranteed Bingolinx Games 50p a ticket.
- 6.30pm - 9.30pm 7x £500 Guaranteed Games - 25p a ticket in the Premium and Value Rooms.
- 10pm - £1,000 Daily Guaranteed Jackpot Game in the Value and Premium Room 10p a ticket.
- 10.30pm - £4,000 Guaranteed Bingolinx Games 50p a ticket.
So that is a total guaranteed jackpot prize pool of £11,000 on a Wednesday evening (all UK times) and the £500 games have prebuy available just like the £1000 game and the Bingolinx games. The tickets for these are 25p each and the games play at 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm, 8.30pm, 9pm, 9.30pm, 10pm and 10.30pm. Don't forget that the £500 is guaranteed per game so it adds up! Daily Triple Play
The daily triple play consists of three big value games on Sky Bingo, which run every evening at 9pm, 9:30pm and 10pm UK time and all take place in the Pennies, Value and Premium rooms. The games are:
- 9pm: £100 game with tickets at 1p each. Prize split: £12.86 for one line, £22.86 for two lines and £64.28 for the Full House
- 9.30pm: £250 game with tickets at 5p each. Prize split: £32.14 for one line, £57.14 for two lines and £160.72 for the Full House
- 10pm: £500 game with tickets at 10p each. Prize split: £64.28 for one line, £114.28 for two lines and £321.44 for the Full House
There is also (at the moment) an additional £500 game in the Value, Premium and Pennies rooms with tickets at 5p each that takes place at 8.30pm. This isn't part of the official 'Daily Triple Play' probably because it would be a quadruple play then and that doesn't trip off the tongue so well (I really have no idea!). You can buy up to 120 tickets for each of these games, and prebuys are available for the £500 game only.

Sky Bingo has progressive jackpots in its main rooms, and also has them for all forms of bingo - 90 ball, 80 ball and 75 ball. Progressive jackpots are where if the jackpot isn't won, the jackpot prize pool increases in size. So the possible jackpot prize increases until it is won. When the progressive jackpot is won the prize amount resets to a set 'seed' amount (still worth winning) and starts growing again. The current amount of these progressive jackpots can be seen in the top right corner of the bingo room as you are playing. The different progressives available are listed below, and the trigger to win the jackpot is to get a full house (90 ball bingo) or a coverall (75 ball and 80 ball bingo) in a certain number of calls or fewer.
To check the ball call number go to the Sky bingo site - click here to get to Sky Bingo, click on 'Promotions' then click on 'Sky Bingo Jackpots' at the lower right of the page. The ball call number is the number of calls (or fewer) you have to make the full house (coverall) in to win the jackpot. The numbers are set fairly low so you have to be lucky to win the progressive jackpot, but this is so that the jackpot can grow high to make it a big prize when it is won. Note that the win criteria for jackpots is subject to change at short notice and without advance notification so do check on the Sky site if you want to know these. The number of ball calls does vary between these jackpots so the higher the ball call number the more likely the jackpot is to be won, but of course that means it isn't as big as it would have been if the ball call number was lower. Also bear in mind that the different types of bingo (75, 80 and 90 ball) have different numbers of slots to daub to get the full house or coverall!
90 Ball Jackpots
The 'Sky High Progressive Jackpot' is available in the bingo rooms: Anytime Room, Pennies Room, Value Room, Premium Room, Value 2 Room and Premium 2 Room.
